place the barrel gently against your temporal bone, its the bone sticking out right above your ear.
if you are a lefty, place it on the left temporal bone.
Say whatever fucking prayer/goodbyes you have to say.
progressively squeeze the trigger towards the grip, you should be focusing on the pressure on the grip, not on the trigger - untill you hear a click.
